Katelyn & Sean’s Wedding Flowers

Katelyn and Sean’s wedding flowers colors included a palette of ivory, blush, and soft pinks. They wished to describe their wedding as Parisan with a touch of chic yet vintage flare. The bride’s hand tied bouquet  included fully bloomed roses, peonies, and lemon leaf. A thin layer of ivory lace ribbon surrounded the stems for an elegant handle.

Pamela + Jason

Pamela and Jason’s wedding was held at The Standard Club in downtown Chicago. The bride and her bridesmaids carried nosegays of Sahara roses, stephanotises and mini hydrangea. Entering the ballroom, guests were greeted with sumptuous white flowers and hundreds of candles. The arrangements, executed in three different styles, created an elegant sparkle with tall floating candles, mirrored boxed and a plethora of white blooms.

Allie + Paul

Allie and Paul walked down the aisle on a cold winter’s night at St. James Cathedral in downtown Chicago.  Each guest table at the Union League Club of Chicago featured winter wedding flowers, silver tablecloths, pewter votives, and mercury glass vases. The couple’s frosty color palette filled the vases with white hydrangeas, dusty miller, and an assortment of ivory and lavender roses.

Kelli + Tim

Kelli and Tim were wed at the Modern Wing of The Art Institute of Chicago. We created a vibrant palette of purples and reds against the white architectural canvas of the Terzo Piano. The vertical place card table featured panels of reindeer moss punctuated with the guests card. Following the contemporary lead of the venue, the guest tables were augmented with rectangular, fabric-covered boxes overstuffed with sumptuous florals. Heather + John, photos by Gerber + Scarpelli

Heather and John were wed on a foggy Saturday at the InterContinental Hotel in downtown Chicago. Despite the gray clouds, the room was beaming with love and affection. Danielle, from Simply Perfect by Melissa, planned an elegant affair for this couple with every detail in place. Gerber + Scarpelli Photography took the couple and their bridal party on a tour of the city, from skyscrapers to bridges, gardens to historic corners. We simply adore watching this lovely bride and her bouquet spread sunshine through Chicago. The reception included simple centerpieces and other details that added the subtle pink touches the bride wished for.
